adidas: Innovation Playbook
During my time on the business transformation team at adidas, I facilitated groundbreaking campaigns including the adidas Innovation Academy and Management Hackathon, engaging 3,500 employees and generating $25M in new revenue. As a post-opportunity to the Innovation Academy, we transformed the content from an online learning and development community into a one-day workshop “Innovation Playbook” (~200 pages). These playbooks were provided to new hires at adidas as part of our pilot workshop in partnership with the US onboarding team in 2017 and 2018. Working with adidas' creative agency, I led the synthesis, design direction and execution of these playbooks, and subsequently facilitated four single-day workshops using the document following their printing.
